Position Overview:
Were looking for a Physical Therapist who is not only clinically strong but also aligned with our core values. The ideal candidate is a team player who communicates with honesty, approaches challenges with a growth mindset , and brings energy, empathy, and purpose to every patient interaction.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions
Design and implement personalized care plans to help patients meet their goals
Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure outstanding care
Build trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuously look for ways to add value to the clinic
Stay committed to learning and professional development through continuing education
Go the extra mile to create "WOW" moments for patients and teammates alike
What We're Looking For: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility)
New grads are welcome we provide mentorship and support
Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A servants heart and a passion for helping others
Interest or experience in orthopedics, sports rehab, or performance training is a plus
