Physical Therapist –
Multiple Georgia Locations
Full-Time or Part-Time | $100,000–$110,000 Annually or Up to $60+ per Hour

Position Overview:
Join a single-owner, private outpatient practice specializing in the physical recovery of patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions. We are seeking motivated Physical Therapists who want to provide personalized care in a setting that prioritizes clinical quality over volume. Every patient receives a full hour of one-on-one treatment directly from the Physical Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, continuing education, and the ability to help patients achieve lasting functional improvements.
Patient Care Model:
True one-on-one patient care.
One patient scheduled per therapist for a full hour.
Outpatient neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Individualized treatment plans based on each patient's diagnosis and goals.
Privately owned, noncorporate practice environment.
Opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and certifications.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients with neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and other appropriate treatments.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with referring providers and other members of the care team.
Create a positive and motivational environment for patients throughout their recovery.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active or eligible Georgia Physical Therapist license.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Motivated, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Physical Therapists at all experience levels are welcome to apply.
Compensation:
Annual salary: $100,000–$110,000.
Hourly opportunities paying up to $60+ per hour.
Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and employment status.
