$100K-$125K + $10K Sign-On Bonus | Up to $12K Annual Bonus | Full Benefits
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers.
For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, , physicians, occupational therapists.
What You'll Do
* Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
* Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
* Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
* Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
* Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
* Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* New Jersey Physical Therapist license
* We will consider recent grads
* Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred but will consider motivated new grads
* Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus xawqmyg
Schedule
* Full-Time | 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)
Compensation
* $100,000-$125,000/year + Up to $12,000 additional annual bonus
* $10,000 sign-on bonus
