Job description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and develop individualized care plans for patients, deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment, and monitor progress to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing patients and creating personalized care plans
Providing hands-on therapy and patient education
Adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
