Job description
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in our mission by delivering evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population with a range of orthopedic conditions.
nOur patient base primarily includes working-age individuals—from young adults through their late 60s and early 70s—many of whom qualify for Medicaid but lack employer-sponsored coverage. While we also care for teens, children (ages 9+), and older adults, these populations are seen less frequently.

nKey Responsibilities
nnnConduct thorough evaluations, including goniometry, manual muscle testing, and functional assessments.
n
nnDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
n
nnUtilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan), and modalities to reduce pain and improve function.
n
nnEducate patients on their conditions, treatment goals, and injury prevention strategies to support long-term recovery.
n
nnDocument treatment progress accurately using Epic Hyperspace, our integrated EMR system.
n
nnCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.
n
nnSupervise a dedicated 1:1 Physical Therapist to PTA ratio, ensuring continuity of care.
n
nnPursue continuing education and professional development in advanced PT techniques, including upcoming services like Blood Flow Restriction Therapy.

n nRequirements
nRequired:
nnnValid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
n
nnGraduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
n
n nPreferred:
nnn2+ years of experience in orthopedic settings
n
nnBoard certification in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine
n
nnExperience working with athletes and/or post-surgical patients
n
nnProficiency with Epic Hyperspace EMR
n
nnStrong manual therapy skills, including (but not limited to) Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, and Mulligan techniques
n
