nComplete Home Therapy is a growing, Physical Therapist-owned practice serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero. We provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy in our patients' homes through an outpatient therapy model.
nWe are NOT a traditional home health agency.
nThink of us as an outpatient physical therapy clinic that happens to go to the patient.
nThat means:
nOur patients are NOT required to be homebound
nWe operate under an outpatient physical therapy model
nNo traditional home health agency paperwork or requirements
nOne-on-one treatment in the patient's own environment
nA fully mobile, web-based outpatient EMR
nNo requirement to report to an office between visits

nThe Opportunity
nWe are looking for a Physical Therapist who is interested in providing mobile outpatient care in the Naples area and becoming part of a growing practice.
nThere is no required minimum number of visits per week for this position. The role is designed to provide flexibility, allowing the therapist to take on a caseload that fits their availability while also having the opportunity to increase volume over time if desired.
nThis may be a great fit for a therapist who wants a flexible additional caseload, consistent patient opportunities, greater control over their schedule, and the ability to grow their role over time.

nAre you currently a Medicare Part A Home Health Physical Therapist who develops great relationships with your patients but has to discharge them when they no longer qualify for home health?
nOur outpatient-in-the-home model provides another setting through which appropriate patients can receive continued outpatient physical therapy after their home health episode has ended.
nFlexibility & Independence
nOne of the biggest advantages of this role is flexibility.
nYou can build your schedule around your availability, take on the caseload that works for you, increase volume as desired, and complete documentation remotely through our web-based EMR.
nThere is no need to routinely report to the office between visits.
nThe Role
nYou will provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes throughout the Naples area.
nYou will manage the patient experience from evaluation through the active plan of care, using appropriate interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training.
nJust as importantly, we want our therapists to build meaningful relationships and provide the kind of experience that patients look forward to, value, and enthusiastically tell others about.
nQualifications
nGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
nCurrent Florida Physical Therapist license
nOutpatient orthopedic experience preferred
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nComfortable working independently in the patient's home environment
