Job description
Licensed Physical Therapist
Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals. Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and functional mobility. Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs. Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and clinic policies and procedures.
