FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, functional care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, create and deliver person-centered treatment plans, and focus on mobility, fall prevention, and functional independence.
