Job description
Crystal Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center in Rhode Island is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and guide rehabilitation using hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities. Flexible hours and a collaborative environment support delivering high-quality care.
Candidates must maintain RI licensure and work with diverse populations. Experience with back/neck injuries, fractures, or neurological conditions is a plus.
