About the job PHYSICAL THERAPIST (MPT/DPT)

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans- Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical function and mobility- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulationsQualifications:- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist- CPR certification- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferredWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
