nJob Description
nWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Murphy, TX . In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.
nnnEvaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
n
nnPerform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
n
nnDocument patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
n
nnEducate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs
n
nnCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
n
nnAssess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
n
nnMaintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
n
nnParticipate in team meetings and care planning sessions
n
n nQualifications
nnnDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
n
nnCurrent Texas Physical Therapy license
n
nnValid BLS/CPR certification
n
nnStrong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
n
nnExcellent assessment and diagnostic skills
n
nnProven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
n
nnStrong documentation and electronic medical record skills
n
nnEffective communication and interpersonal abilities
n
nnKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
n
nnExperience working with diverse patient populations
n
nnProblem-solving and critical thinking skills
n
nnAbility to work independently and as part of a team

nnn$80-85K base salary for new grads ($85-90K w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)

nn$85-92K base salary for experienced clinicians, based on experience level ($90-100K+ w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
