Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient | near San Jose, CA | New Grads Welcome
Looking for a role where you can focus on patient care without the burnout?
An outpatient clinic in near San Jose, CA is adding a Physical Therapist to a collaborative rehab team that prioritizes quality care, strong outcomes, and a supportive work environment.
What You'll Be Doing: Work with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, helping individuals recover, rebuild, and regain independence.
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and/or neurological conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans
Guide patients through recovery from injury or surgery
Collaborate with physicians and rehab staff
Maintain clear and efficient documentation
