Job description
Triage Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Black Jack, MO. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, 8-hour days, at a Skilled Nursing Facility with 120 beds. Start date: 11/9/2026.
You will provide patient-centered PT services in a SNF setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a busy rehab floor. New grads are welcome. MO license, FSBPT, and AHA BLS/CPR are required.
