Job description
VNS Health seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home-based care to patients across the Bronx. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
