Physical Therapist Benefits:

Non-Profit Community Hospital (Qualify for Loan Forgiveness via PSLF )

100% Acute Care Diverse caseload covers all units (ICU, Stroke, Ortho, Med/Surg, Trauma + More)

Opportunity to rotate to a different floor each month

Join a collaborative team of 30+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs across multiple settings 1.5-month customized mentorship and onboarding program

Time built into schedule for documentation Never take work home with you

Guaranteed 40 hours, no overtime required

Base pay of $41.46 to $63.75 per hour, based on experience

$5,000 in relocation assistance

Loan Repayment Program

Paid Time Off (PTO) - 4 weeks

Full benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, and 401k match

Paid Certifications and Continuing Education $1,000 + Medbridge subscription

Hospital:

300+ Bed Nonprofit Hospital

Schedule:

Full-time permanent position working 5-8s

1 day per month weekend rotation

About the Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins

Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1

Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
