Job description
About the Hospital
Nonprofit Organization - qualifies for the Federal Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
150+ Total subacute beds within the campus
Treat Stroke, Parkinson's, TBI, Multi-Trauma, Fractures & more
1:1 patient care with no group therapy: 45-60 minutes on average with every patient
Team of 7 PTs +OTs, SLPs & Support Staff: Over 25 full-time Therapists among three buildings
90% of patients are transferred from Acute Care
Work in Acute Care as well: Training provided by Lead PT
New Grads are encouraged to apply
Incentives/Benefits 4-10's Schedule: 3 days off each week
$5,000 sign-On Bonus
$5,000 Relocation Assistance
$1,500/year for CEUs
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
Qualifications & Requirements: Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Montana license or ability to obtain
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
