Join Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, as a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) and deliver patient-centered outpatient care in a collaborative, people-first environment.
Our Norman outpatient clinic provides individualized physical therapy for a broad patient population. Services include orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, pelvic health therapy, ergonomic assessment, and pre-employment/post-offer screening, giving clinicians exposure to a diverse range of diagnoses and treatment approaches.
Your Role:
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
* Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
* Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and musculoskeletal conditions
* Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation
* Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic team members
* Document care accurately and support meaningful patient outcomes
Requirements
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
* CPR certification, as applicable
* Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
