Responsibilities
What Your Day Looks Like
We empower you to be a clinician, not a unit producer.
Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
