nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: Oak Park, IL
nSchedule: Full Time
nCompensation: $80,000-$95,000 annually, based on years of experience
nIncentives: $10,000 Bonus PLUS Student Loan Repayment Assistance

nWe are looking for a Physical therapist with a passion for treating a mixed caseload of ortho, sports and general rehabilitation population.

nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnGraduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License
n
nnCPR certification
n
