Job description

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

At Bodyworx Physical Therapy, we believe great rehab happens when patients feel supported, heard, and motivated. We're a high-energy outpatient clinic with a strong team culture and a patient-first mindset. Our goal is simple: help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love—without burning out the clinicians who care for them.

If you're a Physical Therapist who values relationships, enjoys a positive work environment, and wants to practice quality care the right way, we'd love to talk.

Why Bodyworx

Positive, upbeat clinic culture where personalities are welcome

One-on-one, relationship-driven care (no factory-style PT)

A supportive team that truly works together

Leadership that listens and values work-life balance

Motivated patients who want to get better

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist at Bodyworx, you'll provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care while building meaningful relationships with patients and teammates.

Your day-to-day will include:

Evaluating patients and understanding their goals—not just their diagnosis

Assessing strength, range of motion, balance, posture, and movement patterns

Creating individualized treatment plans that fit real life

Treating patients using exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based techniques

Educating patients so they feel confident taking ownership of their recovery

Communicating clearly with referring providers

Collaborating with a team that values ideas and initiative

No two days are exactly the same, and that variety is part of what makes the work rewarding.

Who We're Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

Bring positive energy and genuinely enjoy working with people

Care about patients as individuals, not just cases

Value teamwork and a supportive environment

Want to grow as a clinician without sacrificing balance

Appreciate autonomy and trust in your clinical decision-making

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Oklahoma

New graduates welcome; experience is a plus but not required

Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Ability to meet the physical demands of outpatient PT

Desire to continue learning and improving

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay

Paid time off and paid holidays

Continuing education support

Mentorship and professional growth opportunities

Modern equipment and a clean, professional clinic environment

A workplace where you can be yourself

Ready to Join Us?

If you're looking for a position where you can make a real impact, grow as a clinician, and actually enjoy coming to work, we'd love to meet you.
