Overview
Physical Therapist (Therapy pool)
Preferred: Experience in Wound Care
Are you a compassionate Physical Therapist looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a variety of patient populations? Join our Therapy Services Supplemental Pool and help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional outcomes.
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery strategies, and the use of assistive devices.
Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with patients requiring wound care management is highly preferred.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.

This role may work in one or more of the following areas: Acute Rehabilitation Services (Raleigh/Cary)
Rehabilitation Hospital
Outpatient Rehabilitation
Patient Populations
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including: Stroke, spinal cord injury, and brain injury patients
Individuals with neurological conditions
Post-surgical orthopedic patients
Cardiac rehabilitation patients
Multi-trauma and medically complex patients
Adult and pediatric populations
