Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and functional independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documenting patient progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and supporting a dignified, patient-centered experience.
