Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality therapy in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to improve residents’ independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
