Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and assist with mobility, balance, and pain management to improve function and independence. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, document progress, and educate patients and families.
