Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and safe functional independence. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documentation, family and caregiver education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
