Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support individualized rehab programs for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you’ll deliver treatment interventions, assist with care planning, document progress, and educate patients and families to promote safety, function, and independence.
