Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care. The PTA will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with evaluations, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and supporting a patient‑centered culture of dignity, compassion, and respect.
