Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility to maximize safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll document treatments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
