Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, and educate patients and families.
