Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and support patients in improving mobility, function, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers.
