Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled nursing and post-acute care patients. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, document patient progress, and assist with discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility, safety, and independence for seniors.
