Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with individualized therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional activities, resident and family education, and accurate documentation.
