Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and patient/caregiver education, while accurately documenting progress.
