Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and quality of life, while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
