Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to maximize safety, independence, and quality of life. You will document care accurately, collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered, and professional growth–oriented culture.
