Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety, while documenting progress in EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and engage patients and families in education to enhance independence and quality of life.
