Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a caring, team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, and functional mobility to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and support a patient-centered culture of dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
