Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to maximize independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, participation in care planning, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, caregiver education, and adherence to evidence‑based practice, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.
