Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. In this role, you’ll implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values professional growth and clinical excellence.
