Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, hands-on care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working closely with a licensed PT, you’ll deliver individualized treatments to improve mobility, balance, safety, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress in the EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families.
