Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to enhance quality of life. You will document care in the EMR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers.
