Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In collaboration with Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document patient progress to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
