Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence, with strong opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and advancement across diverse post-acute care environments.
