Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and promote safety, independence, and quality of life.
