Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families—all within a supportive, patient-centered culture that values clinical excellence, mentorship, and professional growth.
