Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under PT supervision, you’ll deliver patient-centered treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting in EMR, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
