Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
