Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based treatment to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and support residents in achieving functional goals. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and caregivers.
