Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you’ll deliver individualized treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional gains, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain timely documentation, and educate patients and caregivers.
