Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this role, you’ll deliver treatments under a licensed PT’s plan of care, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document progress in EMR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
